Job Responsibilities:

• Perform QA follow-ups with clients to confirm satisfaction and escalate issues as needed.
• Collect work order details and coordinate scheduling.
• Source, vet, and onboard vendors per client requirements.
• Process work orders in Service Sync WOM in compliance with guidelines and NTE limits.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely service completion.
• Request, review, and verify vendor invoices.
• Confirm service completion and report issues to the account manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Open for Undergraduates
• With experience in QA calls and invoice processing is an advantage
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Can start as soon as possible
