- Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
- Identify, document, and track defects.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance product quality.
- Perform functional and regression testing.
- Analyze test results and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Conduct quality assessments, analyze data, and create reports. Implement quality improvement initiatives and work collaboratively in teams.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in data analysis, quality control methods, and lean production techniques. Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of quality management, and quality auditing.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with opportunities for remote work; may involve occasional travel for audits.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
