Job Description

China Harbor Construction is looking for the following QA/QC Assistant role:

1. QAQC Assistant Engineer – Rock Materials Testing

Schedule: Day shift (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), flexible when required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with consultants, third-party labs, and quarries for testing
  • Witness and supervise rock material sampling and lab testing
  • Maintain records and submit test reports, ITRs, MAS, and MIR

2. QAQC Assistant Engineer – On-site Concrete Quality Control

Schedule: Night shift (exact time depends on supervisor)

Experience Required: 1–2 years in concrete QA/QC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor concrete mixing, pouring, and testing on-site
  • Supervise slump tests, specimen preparation, and inspection coordination
  • Document all test data, strength reports, and QA/QC activities

3. QAQC Assistant Engineer – Quarry Quality Control

Schedule: Half-day (afternoon + evening; depends on supervisor)

Qualifications: Open to non-graduates; no experience required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and segregating rock materials
  • Inspect blasting, loading, and screening processes
  • Coordinate with QAQC team on sampling and reporting

4. QAQC Assistant Engineer – Batching Plant Management

Schedule: Night shift

Experience Required: 1–2 years in concrete QA/QC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sampling/testing of raw materials and batching activities
  • Verify mix design compliance and monitor slump and moisture testing
  • Document and submit ITRs and strength test results
