- Conduct the procurement process for goods and services as per the company's requirements.
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors or suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure that supporting documents are complete.
- Monitor the status of deliveries and ensure that goods/services are received according to specifications and schedule.
- Maintain good communication with suppliers to build long-term relationships.
- Analyze purchasing trends and prepare procurement reports on a regular basis.
- Ensure all purchasing processes comply with company policies and budget.
