- Develop and execute purchasing strategies to optimize cost and quality.
- Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely procurement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project needs.
- Analyze market trends and make data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in purchasing procedures, strong time management, inventory management skills, vendor management expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective negotiation tactics.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, potential for occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communicator, and team player.
