- Identifying when new purchases are needed based on inventory levels.
- Finding potential suppliers, evaluating their offerings, and negotiating prices and terms.
- Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with vendors.
- Creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely arrival of goods.
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier information.
- Liaising with internal teams, such as warehouse staff and accounts payable, to coordinate purchasing activities
