  • Responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure optimal prices and quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics.
  • Analyze market trends to forecast future buying needs.
  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the food or food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong background in sourcing raw materials, packaging supplies, and food-grade
  • ingredients.
  • Experience working with suppliers/vendors compliant with food safety standards.
  • Existing network of reliable suppliers and vendors in the food manufacturing or related industries.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
