- Inquire materials to suppliers
- Generate purchase order
- Generate quotation for client
- Conduct Inventory of supplies
- Generate delivery receipt for materials
- Generate a Expense report for request of budget
- Research of potential vendors
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
- Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Review order details (e.g vendors, quantities, prices) into internal database
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
