- Responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services.
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure timely delivery of products while managing inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet operational needs.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct supplier evaluations, manage purchase orders, and maintain inventory levels.
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, analytical skills, and familiarity with procurement software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for occasional onsite supplier visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
