Description

  • In charge of the acquisition of the necessary goods and Services that will support business needs under the Supervision of Purchasing manager
  • Assist in maintaining purchasing records and support all activities to keep the purchasing Department running efficiently


Requirements

  • Receives and process purchase request
  • Evaluates offers from the vendors and negotiate a better price
  • Coordinates with the end user regarding specifications and scope of work details
  • Commits with the End User to secure the necessary items or services that are being required in a timely manner
  • Creates and Issues approved Purchase order
  • Tracks orders and ensure timely delivery and others tasks.
