Job Description

  • Assist in the procurement process by identifying potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to secure advantageous deals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong purchasing and negotiating skills; effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to assist in inventory management and canvassing activities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
