Description

  • Assist with procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Maintain inventory records and track orders.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues.
  • Support the Purchasing Manager in negotiating contracts.
  • Analyze pricing and cost efficiency.
  • Generate reports on purchasing activities.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with relevant internship experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, excellent negotiating and problem-solving skills, effective time management, and solid decision-making abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in purchasing activities, perform canvassing, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain inventory records.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with possible travel to suppliers; standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
