Job Description

CJVR Group Inc. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchasing Staff to support our construction and real estate operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase construction materials, supplies, and equipment
• Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in material planning
• Ensure purchased items meet company standards and specifications
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and reports
• Coordinate with site engineers, warehouse staff, and accounting department
• Perform other purchasing and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related or engineering-related course
• With experience in purchasing or procurement (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of construction materials is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic MS Office applications
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to work on-site in Makiling, Calamba, Laguna
