Position: Purchasing Assistant-IMPEX

Job Requirements:

bachelors degree in business Administration and any related course.

With at least 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, import and export

With experience working in manufacturing company

Amenable to attend face to face interview

Can start as soon as possible is a big plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Support in company for planning and managing procurement strategies.

Review and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.

Evaluate supplier performance and assist in maintaining vendor relationships.

Monthly Inventory

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to avoid shortages or overstock.

Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure timely updates in procurement systems.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and delays.
