Description
- Assist in procurement processes by sourcing suppliers and negotiating prices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track orders.
- Communicate with vendors and coordinate deliveries.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely processing.
- Support the purchasing manager in various administrative tasks.
- Assist in analyzing market trends and supplier performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in purchasing or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in purchasing, time management, problem-solving, and negotiation. Excellent communication abilities are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in procurement processes, conduct canvassing, and support business operations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours, potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
