We’re Hiring: Property Managers – U.S. Real Estate - Bilingual

We’re looking for experienced Property Managers with U.S. Real Estate VA experience to join our growing remote team.

As a Property Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for tenants, vendors, and lease management—making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re proactive, reliable, and love solving problems, this could be your perfect role.

• Handle tenant communications (inquiries, issues, lease updates)
• Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and contractors
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and rent tracking
• Keep records organized and updated in CRM tools (Doorloop, Alta)
• Manage daily operations for all long-term rentals
• Monitor rent collection, track delinquencies, post payments, enforce late fees
• Handle all AHA/Section 8 compliance, including inspections, abatements, RTAs, recerts, and documentation uploads

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have U.S. Real Estate VA experience
• 2+ years in property management or related real estate role
• Experience in Handling Section 8 - Housing Choice Voucher Program
• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiar with tools like AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware, Google Workspace, DocuSign, Doorloop, AHA Portals, Hospitable, Notion or ClickUp, PriceLabs, Smart Home Tools
• Experience with CRMs such as Podio, Salesforce, or similar real estate platforms
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours

Hourly Rate: $6–$8 (depending on experience)
