Description
- Assist with various tasks in different departments as needed.
- Support team members with day-to-day operations and projects.
- Perform data entry and maintain records accurately.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service when required.
Requirements
- Graduate of BS Computer Technology, BS Information Technology, BS Industrial Engineering or ICT-related courses
- At least two (2) years work experience as Property Assistant, I.T. office support, or related work
- Should have a background in networking, system maintenance, and basic troubleshooting; as well as property and equipment inventory
- Willing to do fieldwork to liaise with relevant government agencies or entities to secure/ maintain permits/certifications and property maintenance across the Foundation’s centers
- Strong English Communication Abilities (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, and I.T. software and hardware
- High attention to detail and can work under minimal supervision
- Female ; Preferably residing in Quezon City, or near work location
