- Assist in managing product assortment and inventory levels.
- Support the merchandising team in analyzing sales data and trends.
- Help create visually appealing product displays.
- Coordinate sample orders and maintain product information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective execution of merchandising strategies.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management review.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong inventory management, teamwork abilities, public speaking proficiency, sales training knowledge, and sales management insights.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in inventory tracking, support sales team, and participate in merchandising strategies.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, potential for extended hours during peak seasons.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communicator, and adaptable.
