PROJECT SUPERVISOR*

As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow.
• Supervise on-site teams, including coordinators, technicians, and crew members, to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct on-site inspections and troubleshooting, making necessary adjustments for successful execution.
• Monitor materials, stock, and equipment usage to prevent shortages or delays.
• Document project updates, prepare progress reports, and communicate key developments to stakeholders.
• Implement safety and compliance protocols for all field operations.
• Identify and address potential risks and challenges, providing quick and effective solutions.
• Ensure the proper turnover of reports, assets, and final documentation upon project completion.

• Proven experience in project supervision, events management, printing, or production.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.
• Knowledge of event logistics, printing production, or activation processes is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle on-site challenges effectively.
• Willing to travel and work on-site as needed.
