Responsible for planning, organizing and controlling project sites requirements and standards while ensuring cost efficiency and profitability. Ensures quality and timely execution of all project activities. Responsible for the planning, supervision, monitoring, and controlling of work schedule within time and quality standards to ensure that there are no unresolved

tasks within the agreed service level.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assigns job orders to Service Technician within time requirements according to their technical competency to avoid back jobs.

2. Ensures availability of manpower and schedule to serve all service requests.

3. Accountable for the accuracy and validity of all information from and about all service requests.

4. Executes daily briefing of instruction before dispatching Service Technicians to ensure that they correctly understand the job order requirements.

5. Reviews the work of Service Technicians through submitted reports.

6. Prepares and implements Corrective Action/Preventive Action System to ensure high quality of service deliverables.

7. Develops and implements a reporting system to ensure a sustainable monitoring of job order status.

8. Accountable for proper requisition and liquidation of payment requests to ensure funds are available for job orders as well as preparation and releasing of materials and tools.

9. Responsible in determining project schedule by studying and reviewing the project plan and

specifications and identifying standard time requirements.

10. Evaluates project status, identifies issues, potential challenges and opportunities, and recommends strategies that results to efficient work performance and quality output.

11. Ensures daily accomplishment report and billing are submitted on time.

12. Ensures adequate manpower, materials and equipment are provided on all project sites.

13. Develops, maintains and improves business relationship with clients by

establishing correct interfaces and presenting professional image.

14. Develops and supports cost saving initiatives and operations process improvements.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a graduate of at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)

2. Must have at least two (2) years working experience in team supervision/management

3. Must have at least one (1) year working experience in swimming pool, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection

4. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

5. Must have planning, organizing, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

7. Must be proficient in standard office applications such as document, spreadsheets, and presentation applications

8. Must have extensive experience with water heaters, air conditioners, pumps and other mechanical equipments
