- Supervise and oversee all on-site M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) work activities.
- Monitor the progress of M&E works to ensure they align with the project schedule and meet quality standards.
- Inspect and review M&E installation works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate daily operations with contractors, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any technical or operational issues on-site.
- Assist in reviewing construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies or clashes with other systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety regulations are followed and maintained at all times.
- Provide technical guidance to the team and ensure corrective actions are implemented if deviations are observed.
- Manage resources on-site effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to avoid delays.
- Ensure that necessary testing and commissioning (T&C) is conducted before project handover.
- Prepare and maintain proper documentation, including site reports, progress updates, and inspection records.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and the project management team to ensure smooth collaboration throughout the project life cycle.
