- Meet with clients to determine requirements, objectives, and budget.
- Develop architectural concepts and designs using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or BIM tools.
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and models to communicate design intentions.
- Ensure that all designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor construction progress and provide on-site support and quality checks as needed.
- Modify plans based on client feedback, site conditions, or regulatory requirements.
- Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, specifications, and contracts.
