Responsible in completing engineering projects and controlling project elements as required by the project schedule. Ensuring project completion based on the approved timeline, worked with project manager, project engineer and technical in ensuring over-all quality control of the work, coordinates with the project personnel in implementing project management processes, thus this includes schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other related activities such technical and contractions.

• Attend kick-off meeting.
• Project Planning: Prepares specific plans to implement project based on approved schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Prepare Plan Vs Actual project planning in every project.
• Oversee project implementation, coordinating resources (manpower, materials, equipment, finances) to all concerned departments.
• Monitor progress of various works, ensuring proper works sequencing and quality. Do root cause analysis and recommend remedial measures/corrective action in cases when project is delayed or quality is not aligned to plans.
• Supervise all site employees/personnel to ensure the full implementation of all installation jobs according to Project plan, Specifications, and schedules.
• Ensure delivery and installation works to conform to plans and specifications.
• Monitor the supply and delivery of the company’s products. Ensure the materials are accurate in terms of quality and quantity.
• Attend coordination meeting with clients.
• Communicate with all parties in project implementation: engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and concerned departments.
• Supervise the work of Project Engineers; reports to Project Managers.
• Monitor and evaluate subcontractor accomplishment and billings.
• Prepare accomplishment report and other necessary documents needed for the completion of project.
• Resolve technical and other issues related to project implementation.
• Perform related jobs as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s/College in Electrical Engineer (LICENSED).
