Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and dependable IT Supervisor to oversee day-to-day IT operations across retail branches and sister companies. The role ensures stable, secure, and efficient IT systems while supervising the IT team and providing direct technical support. The IT Supervisor will collaborate with management to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business and retail operational goals

Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects, system upgrades, and adoption of new technologies

Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud systems, and retail technology platforms

Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of IT systems across branches and sister companies

Supervise and support the IT team through task delegation, training, and performance monitoring

Provide hands-on technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies, access controls, and data protection measures

Manage IT vendors, service contracts, and procurement of IT equipment and software

Assist in IT budget planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives

Monitor IT performance, system health, risks, and project status, and prepare reports for management

Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

3–5 years of experience in IT operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services, and end-user support

Working knowledge of cybersecurity, access control, and data protection

Experience supporting multi-branch or retail environments is an advantage

Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to work full onsite in Taguig City (near Arca South)
