Position Overview
We are advancing multiple blockchain-related products and infrastructure projects—on-chain contracts, backend services, frontend development, growth/operational features, data analytics, and risk control. We are seeking a technically proficient, highly driven, delivery-oriented Blockchain Project Manager to oversee cross-team requirement gathering, development cadence, quality assurance, and milestone execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high standards.
Responsibilities
1. Requirement Clarification & Scope Management
• Organize requirement-clarification workshops to align product, operations, commercial, and compliance stakeholders with the development team.
• Decompose business objectives into deliverable milestones and iteration plans; manage requirement prioritization and scope changes (scope control).
• Produce clear requirement specifications, user stories with acceptance criteria, boundary conditions, and exception flows to reduce rework.
2. Project Planning & Schedule Control
• Define project plans—milestones, critical path, resource allocation, and risk assessments—and drive delivery against each checkpoint.
• Track task status via weekly meetings, stand-ups, and Kanban boards; identify blockers and expedite resolutions.
• Implement a “visual delivery” mechanism for key modules: daily progress visibility, weekly deliverables, and milestone-based acceptance.
3. Cross-Team Collaboration & Efficiency Enhancement
• Coordinate with product, engineering (frontend, backend, contracts, testing, security), design, and operations teams to optimize collaboration workflows.
• Establish unified communication protocols and delivery standards (Definition of Done, test-submission criteria, release readiness) to improve overall throughput.
• In tight timelines, drive adoption of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) plus rapid iteration strategy.
4. Quality Assurance & Release Governance (Including Security)
• Participate in developing test strategies, submission processes, and regression plans; drive defect convergence and risk assessment before launch.
• Liaise with code-audit and security-audit teams to ensure remediation closure (issue tracking, retesting, re-review, release confirmation).
• Standardize release processes—canary deployments, rollback plans, monitoring and alerts—to safeguard production stability.
5. Risk Management & Post-Mortem Consolidation
• Maintain a project risk register: identify risks, assess impact, develop mitigation plans, and track closure.
• Conduct retrospectives and document SOPs, templates, and checklists to continuously refine development collaboration and delivery processes.
Qualifications
Technical Understanding
• Proficient in modern software development lifecycles (requirements → design → development → testing → deployment → operations) and able to communicate effectively with engineers.
• Solid grasp of blockchain fundamentals and engineering workflows: transactions, gas mechanics, contract invocation, event listening, RPC nodes, private key/signature management, and on-chain risk vectors.
• Prior experience delivering smart-contract or blockchain projects is a plus (Solidity/EVM, TRON, Layer-2, cross-chain, DeFi, on-chain data integrations).
• Not required to write core code but must be able to interpret technical designs, identify risks, and pinpoint critical paths.
Project Management Skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, technical program management, or delivery management, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional projects to on-time completion.
• Expertise in transforming ambiguous requirements into clear deliverables, aligning conflicting priorities, and converting uncontrollable schedules into manageable plans.
Soft Skills
• Strong communication and influence: comfortable driving alignment, making decisions, and prioritizing trade-offs.
• Results-oriented mindset: accountable for delivery and able to maintain pace and order across concurrent tasks.
• Resilient under pressure and detail-oriented: capable of withstanding stress while ensuring thorough acceptance criteria and risk coverage.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with contract security, audit coordination, and vulnerability remediation (reentrancy, access control, price manipulation, oracle risks).
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and monitoring/alerting systems; experience governing release processes.
• Delivery experience with Web3 products—exchanges, DeFi platforms, wallets, blockchain games, on-chain task systems.
• Proven track record of collaborating with remote teams and establishing efficient communication rhythms and delivery frameworks.
