- Manage post-sales operation.
- Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- Manage the design, deployment, operation, and support of network infrastructure for projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage Project and control their budgets, and manage expenditures to ensure cost-effective network solutions.
- Meet customers to discuss system requirements, design, requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate and support the Sales team and Project Managers/Engineers, assist with tender proposals for successful project outcomes.
- Maintain, Install, diagnose, troubleshoot, and oversee the use of Local Area Network (LANs), Wide Area Network, Network Firewall, workstation, server, storage, wireless, CCTV cameras, access control and other peripheral equipment.
- Perform firmware upgrade and implement network traffic security, monitor software and optimize network performance.
- Perform critical tasks such as network migration, data backups, firmware upgrades, and recovery operations.
- Provide support and assistance with clients both electronically and in-person to determine problems and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions.
- Conduct testing and evaluation of new technologies to assess their viability and potential benefits.
- Perform basic and advance scripting tasks to automate the process and improve efficiency.
- Involvement in the development and growth of colleagues to foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing work environment
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree Technical or IT related course such as (Computer Engineering, ECE, IT, Computer Science)
- Supervisory/ 5 years & up experience employee specialize Technical support
- Solid background systems development, product research and testing
