Role: IT Project Manager – Enterprise Lakehouse Project

Work Set up: Onsite | Balara, Quezon City

Salary Package: Up to Php 220,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle project management (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid) for the Enterprise Lakehouse initiative.
• Define scope, goals, timelines, and resource needs; manage budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate internal teams and vendors for seamless execution.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.
• Conduct regular updates and communications with stakeholders.
• Track progress using KPIs and ensure adherence to standards.
• Support post-launch reviews and continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT project management.
• Strong SDLC knowledge (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficient in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience in software, infrastructure, or cloud projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps and global team environments.
