About the Company - We are seeking an experienced to lead the implementation of software products and services across 3-5 projects and clients. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle from planning to successful delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong Agile experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

About the Role - Roles & Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Plan and oversee the implementation of software solutions for multiple clients across different industry sectors, ensuring staffing plans, timelines, and goals are clearly defined.
• Agile Project Management: Execute projects at different stages of the lifecycle using project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Prince 2 to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with technical consultants, product teams, engineering, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes by keeping customers in the center.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues early, escalate when necessary, and manage the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Manage ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all project activities, timelines, and goals are transparent, and all stakeholders are aligned.
• Client Delivery & Handover: Ensure a smooth handover of completed projects to the customer support team, maintaining excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Tools & Documentation: Use tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Microsoft Project to track project progress, manage tickets, documentation, and report on risks, issues, and timelines.
• Change Management: Redmap is currently evolving its approach to ‘how we do things’ and redefining its Ways of Working. This presents an exciting opportunity to introduce new ideas and collaborate with a wider organisation by closely working with the Head of Operations and Customer Delivery.

Qualifications - Key Requirements:

• At least 5-7 years of experience managing ERP implementations with strong project management capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment, with hands-on expertise in both Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• A consultative mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively and drive the change management process for improved ways of working.
• Background in ERP systems, and familiarity with technologies such as MYOB, D365, or similar is preferred.

Required Skills - Skills & Competencies:

• Strong change management skills and the ability to lead and manage client expectations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively, both internally and externally.
• Ability to balance project priorities, timelines, and staffing plan, with a focus on practical and achievable goals.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Miro) is essential.
• Experience in managing multiple small to medium-sized projects simultaneously, working across different phases and industries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
