- Supervise and lead production team members on a daily basis
- Ensure production targets, output, and quality standards are met
- Assign tasks and monitor individual and team performance
- Enforce company policies, safety rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings and production briefings
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and proper work behavior
- Identify production issues, delays, or defects and report them to management
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Control, and Warehouse teams
- Train, coach, and guide team members, including new hires
- Ensure proper use and care of machines, tools, and materials
- Implement continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
- Prepare and submit daily production reports and incident reports
- Address minor employee concerns and escalate serious issues when necessary
