What you'll be doing

• Develop project timelines, manage allocated projects, and ensure successful deliverance of all relevant phases including concept, feasibility study, design, proposal, installation, testing, commissioning, documentation, handover, and final acceptance.
• Ensure plant improvement projects/new equipment setups are according to department target by quarterly or annually and within budget, on time, and to quality standards; in the event of risks or delays, revise scope and support implementation of approved changes.
• Identify project requirements and manage required resources, including external contractors where necessary.
• Monitored contractor performance to ensure accurate implementation.
• Coordinate project execution between involved parties (production, maintenance, and contractors); identified potential challenges, develop customized solutions.
• To design and develop new equipment (with automation) that will provide economical operation for the products.
• Work closely with Plant on old equipment upgrading, plant expansion, and safety project and plant machinery re-layout.
• Work closely with purchasing for new machinery/equipment sourcing.
• Prepare the budget paper on the new equipment purchase/upgrading project proposal on the costing, justification and project schedule.
• Adhere to the procedure of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidate are welcome to apply.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and innovatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
