About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, ensuring product quality, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

This role plays a key part in leading a production team to achieve daily targets while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Monitor production schedules and allocate manpower and resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Train, guide, and motivate production operators to maintain high performance and discipline.
• Identify and resolve production issues such as machine breakdowns, material shortages, or process deviations.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Record production data, prepare reports, and analyze performance for continuous improvement.
• Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free production area.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field.
• Experience: At least 3–5 years of working experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow, and quality systems.
• Hands-on experience with production scheduling and manpower planning.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiar with Lean, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement methodologies is an advantage.
