Responsibilities

Act as an Operator/Team Lead Operator performing the following:

- Operate machine/equipment

- Lead the operators to meet the targets by taking part in the machine operations.

- Ensure workflow in the operation is according to the production processes.

- Assist in checking job performance of the operators.

Act as a Supervisor Production/Preparation Supervisor in his absence:

- Maintain smooth workflow in the operation by overseeing the production/preparation processes.

- Supervise manpower by delegating tasks and monitoring the schedule to fulfill customer requirements and meet the targets.

- Facilitate corrective measures to all malfunction machineries and equipment and collaborates the issues with concerned department.

- Provide direction and oversees technical training on the proper use of equipment and monitor the compliance with equipment safety handling procedures.

- Establish and communicate the job expectations and appraises the job performance of the production staff.

- Maintain safety work environment by enforcing safety rules and regulations in the operation.

- Prepare reports for the production performance and progress and present them to immediate Head.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Engineering Course.
• 2 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing industry
• Graduate of Technical Vocational Course or undergraduate of Technical Engineering Course may be considered, provided that he has at least 5 years in a supervisory role / team leader role in handling machineries, forklift, wheel loaders and boiler operations
• With good leadership skills
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Willing to be assigned at Mabalacat City, Pampanga
