• Any bachelor's degree related in Business or Engineering course.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in General Administrative, Supervising and Managing Staff in Production or Office Section. Industry related to automotive is a great advantage.
• Effective people management skills and the ability to support, guide, and mentor staff members.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
• For production section, one must be amenable to work hands-on in the Automotive Industry/Bus-body Manufacturing. Also responsible for seeing the day-to-day operations of a department. 

JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Manager/Supervisor oversees daily production operations in the bus body manufacturing facility. This role ensures that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The position is responsible for managing manpower, monitoring workflow, coordinating with other departments, and implementing continuous improvements in production processes.

Please note: All assessments will be conducted onsite only. Remote testing is not available.

We are located at KM. 42 Bo. Dita, Santa Rosa, Laguna.
