• Responsible for the preparation of job and schedule run of the Corrugating and Converting section.
• Responsible for the start-up, operation and shut down of the Corrugating and Converting system.
• Ensure compliance with job order specifications requires by Sales & Marketing Department.
• Direct machine operators to ensure efficient run of the Corrugating and Converting operation.
• Monitor and control work-in-process to avoid deviation from job order specification.
• Report all activities pertaining to operation and production and submit information to Production Manager.
• Assist in the maintenance work/repair job performed on all machines of the corrugating and converting unit.
• Perform machine operator functions when necessary.
• Ensure that quality of products and services are in accordance with the agreed customer standard and performance requirements.
• Ensure that work is clean, safe and good housekeeping is maintained.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be an Engineering graduate, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Preferably must have 3-5 years of experience as Production Supervisor in manufacturing firm or related outfit.
• Must have a good oral and communication skills, and good planning, organizing skills and leadership skills.
• Must have good interpersonal relations skills.
• Must be computer literate.
