Join our team as a DCN/VCO Production Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our Desiccated Coconut and Virgin Coconut Oil operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Supervise day-to-day production activities for DCN and VCO lines

·      Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to quality standards

·      Coordinate manpower assignments and shift schedules

·      Implement production plans and troubleshoot operational issues

·      Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and GMP protocols

·      Prepare and submit production reports and documentation

Qualifications:

·      Background in Food Technology, Engineering, or related field

·      Experience in coconut processing or food manufacturing preferred

·      Strong leadership and organizational skills

·      Knowledge of production metrics, HACCP, and GMP standards

·      Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
