- Assist in the setup and operation of production equipment.
- Ensure quality standards are met during the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Report any machinery malfunctions to supervisors.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures consistently.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience is acceptable.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in system design, project management, and inventory control is essential.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced manufacturing environment with potential for shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude are highly valued.
