Description
- Assist in production tasks, maintain inventory accuracy, and support team members.
- Assist in the manufacturing process by operating machinery and equipment.
- Monitor production flow and ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance on production equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must have a High School or Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a production environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong inventory management skills and ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Working Conditions: May involve standing for long periods, lifting, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
