Description
Able to work in a hot area, frying a pansit canton.
Operating deep fryers and other kitchen equipment to cook food to the correct temperature and consistency.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety guidelines, and practicing safe food handling procedures.
Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Attention to detail: Ensuring food is prepared and presented to high standards.
Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Teamwork: Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
