• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet forecasted demand and deadlines, identifying priority products and operations.
•  Order and manage raw materials, components, and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate the use of equipment, facilities, and personnel to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Manage the timely movement of materials to and from the production line and ensure smooth logistics.
•  Work closely with sales, customer service, procurement, and production staff to align plans and address needs.
• Track production progress, analyze delays, monitor costs, and report on production status to management.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and disruptions in the production process to maintain smooth operations.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree, often in business or a related field
• Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar role is highly valued. At least 2 years in same position
• In-depth knowledge of the specific industry and manufacturing processes is crucial.
