- Oversee daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management across various production lines (e.g., compounding, filling. packaging).
- Proven expertise in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) relevant to cosmetics/pharmaceuticals and knowledge of Philippine FDA regulations for beauty products.
- Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, supply chain principles, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Interfacing with Procurement, QA, R&D, Supply Chain and Operation team.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or head role within the cosmetics, beauty products, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industry.
