Production Head to oversee manufacturing operations and production planning & control (PPC). This role ensures efficient production, optimal resource allocation, and timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality and cost efficiency. Supervise and train production and PPC teams for continuous improvement.

• Develop production plans and implement master production schedules (MPS) to meet customer demand.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost control.
• Manage inventory levels, material planning, and workflow coordination.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to improve processes and reduce waste.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with supply chain, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company production standards and guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven 3 to 5 years experience in production management and PPC, preferably in garment manufacturing industry.
• Strong skills in planning, process optimization, and workforce management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
