Job Title: Production Manager - Manufacturing

 Reports to: General Manager

1. Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet customer demand, inventory targets, and production capacity.

2. Process Optimization: Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

3. Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of production supervisors, line leaders , and operators to achieve production goals and objectives.

4. Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

5. Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with production planning and logistics personnel to ensure smooth production operations.

6. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze production performance metrics, including throughput, yield, and quality.

9. Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements and participate in lean manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements:

 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

3. Skills:

  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  - Excellent communication and leadership skills

  - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices

  - Experience with quality management systems
