• Reviews and reports to management the overall performance of merchandising operations, including efficiencies, financial status, etc.
• Ensures adherence and compliance of all staff to prescribed procedures/instructions in carrying out their tasks in the department.
• Develops technical aspects related to the details of the buyer’s orders for production.
• Visits suppliers and manufacturers involved in creating the finished products.
• Negotiates with suppliers on prices of raw materials.
• Orders all the raw materials needed for production.
• Creates positive sales projections that will later be used for the sales plan of the department.
• Communicates with other departments involved in the operations of the department.
• Ensures that the department operates in compliance with the company’s rules and policies.
• In charge of planning related to the merchandising approach on trims, accessories, and other items.

·        With Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, Textile and Garment Technology, and its equivalence is an advantage.

·        With at least 3 to 5 years working experience in related capacity and preferably with manufacturing industry and business set up exposure.

·        Attending to detail to ensure the effectiveness of displays.

·        Has a sense of responsibility.

·        A team player, mature, responsible, results-oriented and can perform well under pressure.

Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.
