Job Responsibilities

1. Product and Mechanism Design

• Lead product definition, functionality design, and rule formulation for innovative Web3 products
• Collaborate with product managers and R&D teams to design:

- Trading rules

- Market matching logic

- Settlement and clearing processes

• Contribute to mechanism innovation for prediction markets and event-based products to enhance engagement and liquidity

2. Economic Models and Incentive Design

• Participate in or lead the design of economic models (tokens/points/rewards) for products
• Design and optimize:

- User incentive mechanisms (trading incentives, market-making incentives, creator incentives, etc.)

- Incentive structures for merchants, liquidity providers (LPs), and market makers

- Continuously refine models through data analysis to prevent wash trading, collusion, and systemic arbitrage

3. Project and Product Operations

• Oversee the end-to-end operational strategy for products from inception to scale
• Plan and execute:

- Product cold start strategies

- Targeted operations for key markets or events

- User acquisition, growth, and retention initiatives

• Coordinate resources across product, technology, compliance, and marketing to drive project implementation

4. Data Analysis and Strategy Optimization

• Monitor core metrics:

- Active users

- Trading volume/liquidity

- User retention

- Event/competition participation rates

- Provide product and operational optimization recommendations based on data insights

- Detect and respond to abnormal behaviors such as volume manipulation, arbitrage, and market manipulation

5. Industry and Innovation Research

• Conduct ongoing research on:

- Innovative Web3 trading products

- Market forecasting, information finance, GameFi, and the financialization of sports events

- Analyze and deconstruct the mechanism designs and growth trajectories of leading products, transforming insights into implementable solutions
