Responsibilities:

Product Planning and Design: Lead requirement analysis, functional design, and product roadmap definition for AI-driven financial products. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial business pain points, integrate AI technologies for product innovation and optimization, and drive the deployment of AI models and algorithms in the finance industry (e.g., intelligent risk control, quantitative investing, personalized wealth management, fraud detection).
Algorithm and Technology Advancement: Coordinate and drive the AI algorithms team to develop models tailored to financial industry needs, including large language models (LLMs), machine learning, and deep learning. Monitor AI technology trends, evaluate and adopt cutting-edge algorithms and technologies to continuously enhance product competitiveness.
Product Deployment and Optimization: Manage the product lifecycle, coordinate resources to facilitate project execution and launch, and continuously optimize product features and performance to improve market fit and user satisfaction.
Cross-Departmental Communication and Coordination: Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, business teams, and other functional departments to ensure efficient cooperation in product development and rollout.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field; Master’s degree or above preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a product manager in AI and algorithms; experience in the financial industry (e.g., banking, insurance, securities, asset management) is a plus.
Extensive experience in applying AI and big data algorithms; familiar with machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and their applications in finance.
Knowledge of common financial use cases such as credit scoring, risk management, algorithmic trading, and portfolio optimization.
Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills to drive project progress effectively.
High business acumen and market insight, with the ability to design practical AI products based on business needs.
Proficient English communication skills, able to read and understand technical literature in English.
Innovative mindset and willingness to tackle new challenges in fintech.
Deep understanding of future trends in AI-driven financial technology innovation, with the ability to proactively propose innovative product ideas.
