Responsibilities - Oversee the end-to-end design and lifecycle management of the DEX product across App, Web and H5 platforms - Collaborate closely with R&D, operations, marketing and other cross-functional teams to drive project progress and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product features - Conduct market research and industry trend analysis, gather user feedback, identify potential product opportunities and drive their implementation - Continuously monitor product performance and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance user experience and product competitiveness - Deeply understand DEX product characteristics, align with platform development strategy, propose forward-looking product insights and drive their realization Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, mathematics or a related field - Over 3 years of blockchain product management experience, including at least 2 years in on-chain product management; familiarity with DEX operational models and core technologies - Proficient in on-chain transactions, including spot swaps, perpetual contracts (Perps), cross-chain transactions, etc. - Strong communication and coordination skills; capable of efficiently driving cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth project execution - High sense of responsibility and self-motivation; strong execution skills; product owner mindset; able to independently complete feature design and implementation - Excellent logical thinking and analytical skills; able to rapidly adjust product strategies in response to market changes
