Job Description:

We are seeking a Web3 Product Manager specializing in decentralized exchanges (DEX) product development and optimization. You will be responsible for planning and executing the DEX product roadmap, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving the product through its full lifecycle from design to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead DEX product requirement analysis, design, and implementation, optimizing the user experience.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure product features and performance meet market demands.
• Monitor industry trends and analyze competitors to propose innovative product solutions.
• Manage product launches, collect user feedback, and continuously improve product features.
• Participate in defining product strategy and go-to-market plans to enhance platform user engagement and liquidity.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of product management experience in the Web3 sector; experience with decentralized exchange products is a plus.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and DEX principles.
• Strong product thinking and data analysis skills, able to drive product innovation based on user needs.
• Excellent cross-department communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to iterate quickly and solve problems.
• Proficient English reading and writing skills, able to adapt to an international work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with major blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain) and their ecosystems.
• Experience in designing, developing, or marketing DEX products.
