Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement analysis, PRD/prototype design, development coordination, acceptance testing, deployment, and iterative updates for strategies such as grid, martingale, DCA/regular investment, and copy trading.
  • Design a dual-layer experience featuring one-click beginner strategies and an advanced parameter mode, enhancing backtesting, performance/drawdown reporting, risk alerts, and take-profit/stop-loss functionality.
  • Develop strategy templates/marketplace, performance leaderboards, and copy/share mechanisms to drive activation rates, retention, and strategy AUM.
  • Collaborate with risk control, compliance, and security teams to integrate device/behavioral scoring, black/white lists, and limits on quotas, frequency, and rate.
  • Design the “strategy hit → alert → block/allow” interaction and ticketing flow; build dashboards for hit traceability and strategy A/B evaluation.
  • Define and track key metrics—strategy activation rate, seven-day retention, strategy AUM, win rate/drawdown, risk-control hit rate/false positive rate, MTTR—and drive continuous data-driven optimization.
  • Work closely with matching/trading, wallet/settlement, market-making, legal/compliance, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure strategies are executable, user experience is seamless, and compliance is upheld.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of product management experience in internet, finance, or trading platforms, with full ownership of trading, quant, or risk-control product modules.
  • Deep understanding of market microstructure—order book, depth, slippage, matching engine logic—and familiarity with the principles and implementation details of grid, martingale, DCA, and similar strategies.
  • Knowledge of risk-control and compliance fundamentals, including device/behavioral risk management, thresholds and whitelists, KYC/AML processes, and abnormal traffic governance and circuit-breaking mechanisms.
  • Strong data skills: able to define metric standards independently, proficient with SQL, BI tools, and event-tracking systems, with experience in A/B testing and attribution analysis.
  • Solid interaction design and documentation skills, including prototyping (Figma/Mo Dao) and PRD development; capable of visualizing complex strategies and risk-control workflows clearly and driving implementation.
  • Excellent communication and execution skills, able to deliver results across multiple teams and time zones.
