• Responsible for the full lifecycle management of CeFi product lines including TMA products, TeleBot products, user growth products, data management products, marketing products, and middle/back-office tools, encompassing requirement analysis, prototype design, PRD delivery, development coordination, and feature planning.
• Deeply understand the technical characteristics of the TG ecosystem (e.g. Telegram Bot API, TMA framework, TON chain) and, in combination with business requirements, design product solutions that align with on-chain user behavior.
• Lead user growth strategies by designing tracking events and leveraging data-driven optimizations to enhance product functionality, user engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
• Coordinate R&D, design, and operations teams to drive efficient project execution and ensure product delivery quality and timelines.
• Research industry trends and competitor dynamics to explore innovative product formats and advance applied practices integrating the Telegram ecosystem with blockchain scenarios.
• Produce high-quality product documentation (PRD, interactive prototypes, flowcharts) to ensure the development team clearly understands requirements.

Requirements:

1. Over 2 years of experience in the blockchain/Web3 industry, having completed at least one full product cycle in a blockchain product.
2. Proficient in tools such as Axure, Figma, Diagram, etc., to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
3. Deeply understand the TG ecosystem and be well-versed in the technical frameworks and ecosystem details of TMA and TeleBot.
4. Able to adapt to distributed team collaboration, maintain a high-intensity work pace, and possess excellent cross-time-zone communication skills.

Bonus Points:

1. Experience with user growth, event tools, data, or CeFi products.
2. Familiarity with the AARRR model, viral growth tactics, community operations, etc.
