Product Planning and Design:

• Lead and formulate detailed plans for Web3 products (including but not limited to Dex, Swap, Bridge, DeFi, EVM development, etc.), covering features, user experience, underlying logic, and more.
• Draft clear, high-quality product design proposals, including interface design, interactive processes, functional logic, calculation formulas, etc., ensuring that product designs meet user needs and market trends.

Market Insights and Competitive Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of the dynamics of the market for Web3 products, including changes in user needs, industry development trends, regulatory policies, and more.
• Perform comprehensive and in-depth analysis of competitors, including their product features, market positioning, user feedback, etc.
• Propose targeted product optimization plans based on market analysis results, including but not limited to new features, interface optimization, and enhancements to user experience.
• Stay updated on market changes, continuously optimizing product strategies to ensure competitiveness and market positioning.

Project Management and Advancement:

• Develop project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery, meeting quality standards, smooth operation, excellent user experience, and absence of major failures.
• Coordinate cross-departmental resources, resolving issues and obstacles during project execution to ensure smooth project progress.
• Adjust product strategies and features in a timely manner based on user feedback and data analysis results, continuously optimizing user experience.

Team Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate closely with team members, promoting information sharing and teamwork to drive project progress.
• Maintain good communication with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that project goals align with the overall company strategy.
